SENIOR PHOTOS AND SESSION PREP TIPS FOR GUYS


If you are a guy and planning for your senior portraits, here are a few tips to help you feel prepared and confident. 


 Dress the Part: It's important feel good about what you are wearing. Bringing 2-3 different outfit changes provides some diversity for your session. If you are comfortable, wear a classic look like a suit or a dress shirt and slacks. For a more relaxed look, a nice polo or button-up shirt/sweater with khakis or jeans will do the trick. Be sure to add a casual outfit such as a nice tshirt/sweatshirt or flannel and jeans, cool sneaks. You can also throw an athletic/band uniform into the mix. Make sure your clothes are clean, ironed, and fit well. You want to look your best!



 Grooming: A fresh haircut or trim (a week or two in advance), a clean shave or well-groomed beard can also make a big difference in your apearance. If you wear glasses, make sure they are clean and free of smudges.  


 Accessorize: Consider adding accessories like a watch, tie or jacket to complete your look. A clean pair of dress shoes or cool sneakers can also complete the outfit.


Relax and Have Fun: Remember, the photo session is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable experience. Take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy the moment.
